Drake, Jonathan, DeMarco and his team did an amazing job on my roof! But not only that they helped me with my insurance as well by getting the appropriate amount of money to get the entire roof done versus the initial amount to just patch my roof. I had damage from a tree falling on my roof from Hurricane Helene back in September 2024. Two different roofing companies flaked on me and never called me back. Thank God because I found this company in a neighborhood chat. These guys are amazing! They completely covered my entire roof with drone assistance and provided additional pictures to provide to my insurance company. Because they were so thorough the insurance company approved the new appraisal. These gentleman are amazing! Fast too! My roof was completely done in one day and they completely and promptly cleaned up any and all remaining debris around my house and property. These gentleman deserve those five stars because they do amazing work on your roof and off! One of the best companies I have dealt with in the CSRA!

We hired Humbled roofing to roofing our house. We constantly heard slamming coming from our roof while they were working, it was the roofers throwing down the shingle on the ridge. We saw that where they were slamming the bundles of shingles down on the ridge had caused our ceilind to seperate. After they were finished, that night we noticed a sound coming from the attic. Upon inspection we noticed that the flue for our hvac had been pulled off. And our water heater was leaking. Our power vent had been unplugged and no one had come inside to unplug it for the new one to be installed. You can see in the pictures where a new piece of wood was put in. They had obviously cut a hole in the roof, jumped down onto our water heater and unplugged the power vent. I called and told them the issues and they said they would come back out to check it out since they had to take pictures of it finished. The next day 1 roofer and a woman that appeared to be a helper came by and went on the roof. They were about to leave after 10 min. of being on the roof. I went up to the attic and noticed that I could see the sky around the flue and asked my wife to stop them from leaving and ask them to come to attic. No one spoke English on any of the days they were working and when they came back out to fix the issues so I could not communicate with them the issues. It occurred to me when they came back up to the attic that I would use my phone to translate. They assured me it was right after the roofer going back onto the roof and the lady staying in theattic. I had my translator on as they were talking to to each other and the lady just kept saying "no the homeowner is still up here". So they left and I called again to let them no it was still not right as well as my water heater leaking still. The salesman Zack came out looked at the water heater and agreed with me as well as the flue. He called someone and the next day he came back with another man and the same roofer and fixed the flue. He said he would notarize the issues. When I spoke to home again he told me that they never went into my attic to unplug the powervent and the ceilings being separated were in the contract. So the fact that they broke our water heater (and used a board from my backyard to stick under it) and telling me that no one went into my attic to unplug it. I'd get other estimates and try to go with someone local like should have done.

Humble Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement after Hurricane Helene. I had Josh as my project manager and he went above and beyond. Josh responded to my many questions quickly and when he was not available right away he let me know he would let me know by end of day. I had worked with 3 other roofing companies trying to get my roof replaced after the damage and none of them followed up after the initial inspection. Josh came out quickly and let me know he would submit a second review to the insurance company as they had initially declined a roof repair. Josh had someone perform an ATR and once it was submitted to my insurance company consistently followed up with them. He was very persistent with them and it paid off. I cannot recommend Humble Roofing and Josh enough.
Fantastic people to work with! The guys did a great job replacing our roof. Cleaned up all debris . The agents took care of everything. I would totally recommend them to do the job again.
As I was driving away this morning, a red unmarked van pulled up to my house blocking my driveway. A white f150 also pulled up. Since my husband drives an f150 I thought it was him. Thank GOD I turned around because when I did the man was talking to my 14-year-old, taking pictures of my mailbox, driveway and house, and the workers were about to start on my roof. WE DID NOT HIRE THEM. He then proceeded to confirm the appointment, which had my address but a different house picture as well as a different name. He called someone (who I have no idea) and that person sent him a pin WITH MY HOUSE. Let me reiterate, WE DID NOT HIRE THEM. The person on the phone also asked "Is it a white family or black family?" Does that matter??????????? (For his part, the man in my yard asked the same question)All of a sudden, this person came up with an address a few streets over, but that picture would not have matched either. We called the Sheriff because it was super sketchy behavior.As he was leaving the guy tried to get me to hire them. DUDE you showed up at my house at 6:40am trying to scam me. NO and if I could give zero stars I would.
Humbled roofing did a great job. They arrived on time and completely my home the same day. I had one issue with my flashing and they quickly returned to correct the issue.
After hurricane Helene, our insurance company denied our claim. After several roofing companies had looked at our roof and all had told us it was not repairable. We finally met with Humbled roofing's representative, Ranier Urtola. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process, not to mention very diligent with staying engaged with us and our insurance company. After a 4 week battle with our insurance company, with Ranier by our side it was approved. The new roof was installed in one day and looks fantastic. The cleanup and follow up was perfect. Humbled Roofing provided excellent service and good quality. Representatives attended the insurance company inspection. Completed the job in one full day. They did a good job cleaning up when the work was complete. There were a couple B-list items (small corrections after the work was done) and even though they were paid in full, the repair person came cane quickly as promised and corrected the small issues to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company.
After hurricane Helene came through, we had 4-5 different companies reach out to look at our roof. The one that stood out the most to me was Christian Dean with Humbeled Roofing & Restoration. He made the whole process painless. He was able to walk me through the whole claim process and explain it in a way in which I understood. The professionalism and urgency in which Humbled Roofing got my wind damaged roof approved and installed is un-matched. I would recommend them to anyone!

Efficient and perfect. I videotaped and look to make sure I got five nails in each shingle. They were so fast it was hard to.tell but the video proved it. Sales person/project manager was terrific!

The process took a while, but the end result was great. I would used them anytime.
From the start, the handling of our insurance claim for hail damage was done extremely well. We had to do very little due to the expertise of our sales representative.The material selection, timeliness and installation were very good with one exception. Several water dispersers were not saved and reinstalled. Correcting this took some time and several visits.All in, this was a very good experience.
Jacob was amazing! He went above and beyond several times when helping us get our roof repaired after the hurricane. If I ever need roofing work done again I will call him.
I had to replace three metal roofs due to a hail storm. One of them was a very complicated roof that required many cuts and fittings. Humbled roofing was able to obtain the exact material that I requested and performed an excellent job of installation very quickly. Great people to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Humbled Roofing. Chandler the Sales Associate was awesome, very commutative and helped walked us through each step in the process of getting a new roof. There were a few corrections that needed to be made after the install, but the work was followed up and completed promptly. Would recommend!

These guys work through the insurance company and was able to cover the total cost of my roof replacement. They were able to finish the entire roof in less than one day which was great. I thought it would take even longer, but they got the job done very quickly I would highly recommend them. Most of the other contractors didn’t even attempt to try to get it covered under insurance.

Overall, I had a great experience dealing with Humbled. Eric and team worked with representatives from my insurance company to get my roof covered. It took three times, but their diligence ultimately led to a complete roof replacement. The crew showed up on time, and the job was finished in a day. They removed all the debris, and the new shingles look great. My house is the now one of many around me for which Humbled did the work. We are all satisfied, and I have no issue recommending Humbled to anyone in the future.

Our roof was damaged by Helene and a friend recommended Michael Kaluta and Humbled. I am so grateful she did. They came helped with the insurance company and worked hard for us from day 1. We got a brand new roof that looks amazing. Mr Kaluta stayed in contact with us every step of the way and guided the process. The team who worked on the house were quick and professional. They cleaned up well once the job was completed. One gentleman even helped my grandson down the steps to his bus. I’d give six stars ⭐️ if I could.

My husband and I found this company to be very professional. They handled the insurance, and completed the job in the time frame agreed upon. Answered all questions, and completed the job in one day. Beside a few dented bushes, everything was cleaned up with no stray nails or equipment. I would highly recommend this company and there are not many business I would say that about.

We had the best experience ever dealing with humble roofing. During hurricane Helene, lost our entire roof. Within a couple days, there were employees from humble roofing along with a manager walking door to door doing inspections. Within a month and a half we had a new roof on our home. Everybody from the staff were incredible and friendly, and made this a very seamless process. Our son also used humbled roofing to replace his roof as well. Would highly recommend them
Lots of empty promises. Their crew busy playing soccer in my yard instead of picking up nails. I found 67 nails in my yard the next day. Damaged my gutters and screens. Promised money for damages and I never received a payment.

Humbled Roofing just replaced my roof and the whole process was flawless. Starting with Christian Dean. He explained and walked me thru the whole process from start to finish. He kept me informed of the process and answered all of my many questions. He let me know the date and time of material delivery and the install. The material delivery was on time and on the day of the install, the crew arrived 20 minutes before they were scheduled. It was still dark and they got busy. They completed the install and were gone by 300p. That was a little more than 8 hours and that included breaks and lunch. I walked around the house after they left. I saw them there, and I watched them work, but they left no trace they were ever there!!!! I could not be more pleased with the whole process from the initial visit to the installation. I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to replace your roof. Great job Humbled Roofing! Thank you so much!

Great experience, personnel quite knowledgeable with insurance claims. Walk me through the process and in 30 minutes claim was made. I was at work when the work was done. I got a called when the work was completed. When I got home and inspected. All work was done as specified by insurance company. There was no trash or nails around the house. I highly recommend this company.

I was leary about all the door to door salesmen due to the storm but after some research we decided to use Humbled Roofing and couldn’t be happier! They were able to work with the insurance company to get the roof replaced versus repaired. Greg Hickman was our contact for Humbled Roofing. He was prompt, professional and great at responding to questions and concerns. I had concerns choosing a shingle color and he gave me several addresses so I could drive by and look at the newly installed shingles. He worked with our insurance company and marked the old roof with the adjuster’s company that came out to inspect the roof. This made my decision easy to go with Humbled Roofing. So we had damage to the roof via the wind that Helene graciously sent our way. I heard about Eric Davis through a former student and I gave him a call. He showed up when my insurance adjuster came and went up on the roof with him to point out damage. I really felt like Eric was in my corner. The timing was impressive as well, considering the amount of damage to so many homes in our area. He said they would be here in two weeks to do the job and they were. His crew came real early in the morning and got to work immediately. The roof was done so quickly and the cleanup was done so well that you almost didn’t know they had been there except for the beautiful new roof said otherwise! Now there were a couple small hiccups but those were taken care of to my satisfaction, it just took a bit longer than expected. But 5 stars is perfect for Eric, Humbled Roofing and Glen, who was the manager on site on the day of install.

We found Humbled Roofing based on a recommendation from family who were also in the process of getting their roof fixed after a hurricane. Jacob Butler was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest about the entire process and cost. He even came to our house when the insurance adjuster was coming to take a look at our roof to make sure nothing was missed. Once everything was approved by the insurance we were very quickly put on the schedule. The roof was replaced quickly and the crew that came did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely recommend Humbled Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

Humbled Roofing came by after Hurricane Helene came through and approached us with a caring and respectful demeanor not the standard storm chasing contractors you read about. Christian Dean offered to do a drone survey of our roof to inspect for damage from the storm at no cost, with no strings and no pressure. He laid out the process with insurance adjusters to help smooth the process if and when I initiated it. After submitting my claim, he immediately worked with his team to work us into their schedule. He kept us updated with weather-induced scheduling changes and the team actually made it a day early. His team finished the entire job in one day, doing a fantastic job, and left the yard cleaned up without a trace. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I had so many people knocking on my door after the storm. There was one person who stood out and knew what he was talking about and it was Hugo with Humble Roofing. He helped me so much getting my roof replaced. I filed a claim and my insurance company denied the claim. It clearly showed that my roof was damaged. It took several months to get a replacement and Humble helped me go through litigation and we won. I was so happy and Hugo stood by me every step of the way by keeping me informed. I highly recommend Humble. The installers were very professional and polite. The cleanup was amazing, they made sure to look for all the nails and debris in the yard. The after the fact follow-up has been great. I did have a shingle come off during the high winds from the hurricane. Even though it was only a shingle (turns out two) I called Hugo and he came out as soon as he could to do the repair.You will be glad that you called Hugo and Humble Roofing.
Jonathan is awesome! He was super helpful making the whole process so easy. I have never had such a pleasant experience! I would highly suggest them to anyone needing a roof! They also left our yard very clean and back to how it was.
After the storm in Augusta, I called Johnathan to come inspect our roof to see if there was any damage. He was very responsive and came the next morning. Although he found that we had no damage, I was impressed with his quick response time, considering all of the damage in Augusta. Should I ever need to replace the roof, I will certainly be calling him again.

I can’t say enough positive things about Humbled Roofing. From start to finish Christian and Cody made the process of getting us a new roof seamless and efficient. They walked us through filing a claim and kept us informed the entire time. They didn’t even seem irritated when my wife and I changed shingle colors after picking out different color (lol). The roof was completed in one day and the finished product and cleanup was top notch. Thanks so much!!
I just had my roof replaced by Humbled Roofing and Restoration of Madison Georgia.Eric Davis and his father Glen Davis were my main points of contact. Eric handled the initial contact with me, the claim with my insurance company, answered all my questions and guided us thru the whole process. He listened to all my concerns about my damaged roof and addressed them all professionally and thoroughly. Glen handled communications and concerns on demolition and installation day and oversaw the cleanup as well. The roofers were fantastic in their efficiency and the cleanup after the install was done right. I would give Eric and his team a 10/10 from start to finish. I can wholeheartedly recommend Humbled roofing to anyone needing roof repairs/restoration/replacement in the CSRA. I can’t imagine a smoother experience or a better result. Aesthetically, the roof is also a 10/10 to us, but judge for yourself.
All I can say is this…Christian Dean was a God send. We had been having issues with our roof for many years and several storms wrecked havoc on our roof even more. He stopped by our home and told us that God sent him to us and he most definitely did. He didn’t make us any promises, he only asked that we give him and Humbled Roofing an opportunity to fix what others couldn’t, so we did. The insurance process was a breeze and he was available anytime I reached out to him. He kept his word and he delivered.
